No. BotCake is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Who owns my data?
You do! It's your data after all! We want you to be with BotCake because you love using the service, not because your data is stuck in it. You'll have access to all your Chat History information at any time, with any plan.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At this time, we only accept payments online. We do not accept purchase orders or orders over the phone. All of our payments follow USD pricing.
Can I buy the Avatar only?
Sure, we have an Avatar Only package called Starter. You'll get the Avatar or Human Spokesperson of your choice. We will customize our proven sales scripts for your Avatar or you can provide your own input for the script. The professional Human Spokesperson scripts are pre-recorded voiceovers and cannot be changed.
